By using our service you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

 

• Payment must be made on or before delivery of ironing by cash or online bank transfer. Invoices or receipts can be provided.

 

• If we are unable to deliver your ironing then we would ask that you arrange for collection. Please be aware any unclaimed ironing will be held for 4 weeks and then be disposed of

 

• Missing or damaged items must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We can accept no responsibility after this time.

 

• All ironing must be clean and dry. Over dryed clothes may incur further charges (of which you would be notified prior).  We will iron items already damaged in the knowledge that you are already aware of this damage however we do reserve the right not to pocess any unclean, stained or damaged ironing.

 

• Prices are subject to change (of which you will be notified)

 

• In the unlikely event of a item being damaged we will compensate up to the maximum of £20 per item.
